I am Keith the Owner of Advanced Insight. Aside from being the owner, I am also the lead technician/installer. I have over 15 years in the Security field & have been in Security Management for several Fortune 500 companies where I was directly responsible for their security and CCTV camera systems. Additionally, I have installed & serviced all types CCTV cameras and related equipment at these companies. Having this interest combined with the experience, I started Advanced Insight in 2015 to offer these services and experience to home and business owners.
In order to keep my prices low, and quality second-to-none, I don't have a ton of technicians or laborers and don't have cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, I personally will be on each and every estimate or job to ensure you get the top level service and installation you deserve. We are a local small company, and strive to offer that "hometown" personal service. We prefer to remain small, and enjoy being able to offer each and every customer services tailored to their needs. We will never sell you anything you don't want or need.

Before beginning any job, an estimate (verbal or written) will be provided to the customer with mutual agreement and acceptance of the terms. Installations over $750 may require a 50% upfront deposit, which would be due before start of work. Payment for any parts or equipment ordered must be made before the installation.
Total payment is due upon completion of work, unless other prior arrangements have been made.
All work completed by Advanced Insight is covered by a 3 year workmanship warranty. Any installed equipment (such as the DVR unit, Cameras, Hard Drives, etc.) that fails or is defective would be covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.
All support options are available to all customers for the corresponding product/item that was installed by Advanced Insight. To qualify for support the customer must complete a customer survey and left feedback/comments about their experience within 7 days following installation. Details will be provided to customer with receipt.
By requesting any technical support or Advanced Insight’s “Worry Free Guarantee” - you acknowledge and give the right for Advanced Insight to access your network/DVR remotely.
Phone tech support is limited to reasonable day & evening hours, and is not an on-demand help desk. Free assistance with saving video for is available anytime for the lifetime of the DVR installed, to the customer for the system installed by Advanced Insight at the original address of installation. Both types assistance may be afforded more than once, based off the circumstances – but Advanced Insight does reserve the right to limit either of these items and/or forgo phone tech support and/or have subsequent phone calls if it is beyond the scope of what is considered free support and/or such support that can be solved over the phone and/or in a reasonable time frame.
All these items (warranty, support services, on-site assistance) are non-transferable and are only valid for the address & customer where the system was installed.
